Terms of Service
These terms set out the basic arrangement between WellAutos and anyone using the website, the account dashboard, or the supporting auto insurance services. The tone stays plain on purpose so that the everyday parts read clearly the first time around.
Acceptance of terms
Use of the WellAutos website, mobile views, account dashboard, or quote channels constitutes agreement with the terms described here. Anyone who does not wish to accept these terms is welcome to close the page and reach out by phone or email instead, at which point a written summary of the same terms can be shared.
Eligibility
The service is intended for licensed drivers aged eighteen and over who hold a valid U.S. residence and a current driving licence. Quote requests submitted on behalf of another driver are welcome where written authority is in place from that driver.
Where a quote concerns a vehicle used in a fleet, an organisation, or any other shared driving arrangement, the requester confirms that authority to seek cover has been granted by the responsible party.
Use of the service
The WellAutos service may be used for personal review of cover, account administration, claim follow-up, and quiet correspondence with the support desk. Use of the service for unrelated commercial activity, automated scraping, or interference with the platform is not permitted.
The site occasionally updates feature behaviour, page layout, or supporting content. Any disruption caused by such updates is intended to be brief and is communicated through the account email where it affects active cover.
Quote requests and policies
A quote request is a non-binding step. The draft cover that follows may be reviewed, adjusted, or set aside without obligation. A policy comes into force only after a signed acceptance document is on file and any required first payment has cleared.
Coverage limits, deductibles, optional riders, and renewal terms appear in the final policy document. Anything not written into that document does not form part of the cover, even when discussed informally during quote review.
Account responsibilities
Each account holder is responsible for keeping login details safe, for reporting suspected access by another party, and for ensuring that the information held on the account stays accurate. Inaccurate details can delay quote preparation, claim processing, or renewal review.
The account dashboard offers self-service routes for the common updates. Anything outside the dashboard, such as cover changes following a sold vehicle, should be sent in writing to the support desk listed below.
Fees and payments
Premiums, fees, and surcharges that apply to a policy appear on the signed policy document and on each renewal letter. Payment schedules are outlined at signing and follow the cadence chosen by the policyholder.
Missed payments may trigger a quiet reminder, followed by a written notice ahead of any change to cover. Where a policy lapses for non-payment, reinstatement may be possible subject to the terms in effect at the time of reinstatement.
Intellectual property
The WellAutos name, logo, written content, photography, and supporting page elements remain the property of the brand and its licensors. Use of these elements outside the service requires prior written permission.
Limits of liability
The WellAutos service is offered on the basis described in the policy document and these terms. Outside the cover spelled out in a signed policy, the brand does not accept liability for losses arising from website downtime, delayed messages, or third-party network conditions outside its control.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory obligations under federal and state consumer protection rules.
Disputes and arbitration
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the support desk after a calm written exchange may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised U.S. arbitration body, seated in the state of Washington unless agreed otherwise in writing.
The arbitration clause does not prevent either side from seeking small-claims relief where local rules permit, nor does it limit any rights that cannot be waived under law.
Reach the desk
Questions about these terms are welcome at any time. The same desk that handles quote reviews and claim work also receives notes about the agreement itself, and a written reply usually arrives within a working day.
